Two separate methods to get it on a monitor ether do by placing the object the calling the file in the init of the item you place but may need to adjust the code to allow it to work that way *OR* If you just want it to look like its on a screen you can change the (GUI) (perm.hpp) and change the line 23 to the image you want witch would be your own preference currently it use the tablet as the background you desire but you will have to adjust the controls (x,y axis) so it all in the correct place, I was unsure whether he wanted just opening the sytem from a montior or weather he wanted the background as well, Sorry for the bad spelling been awake 21hrs .....Best advice go here and open a ticket as it his code https://cationstudio.com/de/support/ They can help you more

You mis Understood ill re word it ether place the Pc screen or laptop object .....Or just change the Dialog(gui).hpp and add a new background class and add it as an image

If you want it on a monitor place down a monitor in eden editor change the code slightly so it dont require the key down (fn_initPerm.sqf) and then add the modify line 23 to work with the init to call the file its not hard or if you dont want it at a desk redo the dialog,hpp and add the tablet or monitor as the background img or maybe @B4v4r! 4n_Str! K3r can give you the code for the init and all the step to add it to the monitor i cant speak for him but its not to hard todo anyway
